Class Description
SLOW FLOW
is a balancing Vinyasa class, with the use of self-made essential oils. You'll be gently guided through slow, powerful asanas inviting you to sink deeply into your body.
SURF YOGA
We work to the rhythm of the ocean. If the conditions are very demanding and tiring, we move more calmly to bring the body into harmony. On calmer days, we move more dynamically with an alternating focus on strength and mobility (shoulders, back, hips, neck).
KUNDALINI YOGA
is a mix of asanas, breathwork, & sounds for energy-boosting, through breath driven exercises, quick meditations, and simple poses.
It works quickly to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and elevate moods.
YIN YOGA
Stimulates the feminine energy and taps into the power of receiving. We stay in each posture for a few minutes to stretch the deeper fascia and release tension on a deeper level.
MOVEMENT FLOW
This practice is developed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination in a playful and dance full flow. We also recreate the surf movements and practice it on land so then it is easy to recreate it in the water.
MORNING FLOW
we flow through asanas synced with breath and hold asanas for moments of stillness. With the addition of pranayama and meditation, we connect body, mind, and spirit.
